A little about me…

I love getting sweaty in a workout! And I also love helping others achieve that satisfied ‘worked out’ feeling.

This is why my style of yoga takes inspiration from the Ashtanga Vinyasa method. This focusses on generating heat through strong, flowing yoga poses.

I have an extensive background in teaching fitness classes and studying how exercise benefits the body and mind.

I completed a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science (2011) and a PhD in Health and Wellbeing (2018) at the University of Bath. I have taught group fitness classes since 2011 and yoga since 2018.

Teaching fitness and Yoga brings me great joy!
