Hi! I'm Jolanthe

If you enjoy getting a little sweaty, you'll love my classes!

My style of yoga takes inspiration from the Ashtanga Vinyasa method, focussing on breath and generating heat through strong, flowing yoga poses.

I have an extensive background in teaching fitness and studying how exercise benefits the body and mind.

I completed a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science (2011), a PhD in Health and Wellbeing (2018) at the University of Bath. I have taught group fitness classes since 2011 and yoga since 2018.

Teaching fitness and Yoga brings me great joy!

Together we combine my (Jolanthe’s) yoga teaching passion and experience, with Michael’s video and photography magic to create beautiful videos, tutorials and other resources to support your home practice!

We are an ethics-first team and make all our choices based on socially and environmentally friendly motivations.
